  If your Max Power Tool stops operating, several factors could be at play. First, the battery might be completely empty; in this case, perform a normal charge. The electrode plate may be oxidized; try polishing the terminal part of the battery pack with a dry cloth. Ensure the curl guide is fully closed. Check for any binding wire entangled around the twist section, and if found, turn off the power and remove the wire from inside the curl guide. Verify that the battery is not empty and perform a normal charge if needed. Finally, if the battery pack was inserted while the main switch was on, set the main switch to OFF, then ON.

  If the Max Power Tool isn't sending wire, make sure the curl guide is fully closed. If the tie-wire has run out, set a new one. A wire may be caught inside the reel, so remove any fray on the reel. Also, the cutter section might be blocked by a foreign substance; wipe it with a dry cloth or blow air on it.

Binding wire might be entangled around the twist section; turn off the power and remove the binding wire inside the curl guide. Weak binding power could also be a factor; use an appropriate diameter scope. Improper application of the machine, such as incorrect handling, can also cause entanglement; turn the torque dial in + and insert in a vertical direction, using it at a 45° tilt.
