"Can one make
calls being
abroad?"
If the user is located outside the country, the
telephone logs in automatically to the foreign
network, if ROAMING is enabled. Ask the
operator.

make an
emergency call
in a localization
with no range or
when there is
no funds on the

If the phone is not within the range of the
network, no calls are possible.
If the user has no funds on the account, it is
possible to make an emergency call to 112.
