Changing Buckle Position

Locate the Buckle’s
Metal Retainer
The buckle’s metal retainer is
located in the opening below
the recline handle.
Push the harness adjustment
strap to the side to fully reveal
the metal retainer.

Rotate Metal Retainer
and Push It Up Through
Buckle Slot in Shell

Fully Recline the Car Seat
Place one hand on the back of
the car seat.
With your other hand, squeeze
the recline handle and rotate the
car seat until it is fully reclined.
Unbuckle Harness
Press in towards the top of the
red button to release the buckle
tongues.

Pull Buckle Out of
Shell and Pad

Fully Loosen Harness
Straps
Push down on harness release
lever (through opening in pad)
while pulling out on harness
straps as shown.
