• Change Password: Change the password for your account.
• Device list: Add, edit or remove the link to watches.
NOTE: Only removing the watch from the application will allow you to assign it to another
account. For security reasons, the watch can be assigned to only one login, or to subsequent
logins only with the consent of the first login, so that no unauthorized person will prompt
the child.
If you change the owner of the watch, you must remove the watch from the app. If we do
not do this, it will not be possible for the new owner to add the watch to another login.
7. APPLICATION SETTINGS
• SOS numbers: when the watch user presses and holds the SOS button, the watch makes
an automatic emergency call to three contacts defined here.
• Voice monitoring: enter the phone number to be called from the watch in order to listen
to its surroundings. Pick up the call and check what’s happening nearby. The user of the
watch has no notification that such a connection has been made.
• Do not disturb: select the time during the day when the user of the watch will not receive
any phone calls.
• Location mode: select Normal mode - refresh the watch’s location every ten minutes,
power save - once every hour, tracking - once every minute.
• SMS notifications: enter the number to which you want to receive SMS notifications
about events such as: low battery level in the watch, triggering the SOS alarm using the
watch button.
• Phone book: Define up to ten contacts that the watch user will have in the phone book.
• Time zone: Set your time zone so that the watch shows the correct date and time on the
screen.
• Language: select one of the available languages on your watch.
• Settings switch: enable or disable watch functions.
• LBS location: enable or disable location using network operators’ antennas.
• Turn off watch remotely: the watch will be turned off.
8. QUESTIONS, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
1) The application does not accept commands and shows information that the watch is
not online (OFF-LINE).
-Check if the GSM signal is correct - are there are available visible range columns on the display?
If they are crossed out, please turn off your watch.
- Check that the SIM card is properly installed in the watch, that it supports 2G Internet and
that there is an internet data package available.
- Turn on your watch. If the range columns are still crossed out, go to the next step.
- Check if there are data transmission arrows, if not, set APN (Access Point Name - specific
packet network, e.g. internet).
- Please send a text message to the watch number: pw,123456,APN,internet,,,XXXXX#*
The word „internet” means the APN name of a specific operator, available on the website or via
the hotline of a given operator.
* X stands for digits assigned to a specific operator:
