2.Wire feeder assembly
The internal structure of the wire feeder includes wire feed tube, adjustable pre-
tightening pressure rod, wire outlet tube joint, wire feed wheel nut, wire feed
wheel, etc.

Step 1: Select the appropriate wire feed roller according to the diameter of the
welding wire
1. Loosen the two adjustable preload pressure rods
2. Unscrew the wire feed wheel nut and remove the wire feed wheel
3. Replace the appropriate wire feed wheel, turn the side of the wire feed slot of
the corresponding specication and model inward, and then screw
Tighten the nut.
