offence(dangerousdriving)undertheUKRoadTrafcAct1988,andyourvehicle
isnotroadworthy(itwouldfailanMOT).
Also/inaddition,ifyouuseacarcamerawithanLCDscreen,ifthescreenison
foranyofthetimewhileyouaredrivingandyou,thedriver,canviewthatscreen,
youarealsocommittingaserioustrafcoffence.
Thedrivermustnotoperateoradjustacarcameraunlessthevehicleisparked
safelyotherwise(thesameasusingamobilephone)youarealsocommittinga
serioustrafcoffenceascarcamerasarenotclassedasadrivingaid.
