19. What is WAN Failover?
Once Wi-Fi has been activated as the internet source, the Roam 5G uses WAN failover as default. This feature is
designed to overcome the need to manually switch the internet source between mobile and Wi-Fi. When a
Wi-Fi connection has been set up, the Roam 5G Router will prioritise this as the source of internet and only use
the mobile connection when the Wi-Fi is no longer available.
