To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury or
death; disconnect power to unit before servicing.
Disassembly Procedures
WARNING
12.Disconnect the Motor wire harness and the two wires
to the belt switch.
13.Slide the Motor Blower Assembly toward the heater
and lift to disengage the tabs on the motor from the
slots in the base.
14.Remove the 14mm nut securing the blower wheel to
the shaft. The nut is a left hand thread.
NOTE: A wrench can be placed on both ends of the
Motor Output Shaft.
15.Remove Blower Wheel.
16.Remove the three screws securing the blower
housing to the motor bracket.
