1. Make sure center hole on Pump Flywheel
(31) is free of burrs and rough edges.
2. Align center hole of Pump Flywheel with Crankshaft.
Slide Pump Flywheel onto Crankshaft. Pump
Flywheel should be installed for counterclockwise
rotation when facing the pulley side of the Pump.
!5+.1.Ei Do not force or hammer the
Pump Pulley onto the Crankshaft.
3. Slide the Washer (32) onto Bolt (33) and
insert Bolt through Pump Flywheel and
thread counterclockwise into the Crankshaft.
Tighten using wrench (not included).

1. Place Air Compressor Pump on mounting
surface at same level as 2HP (1.6 running HP)
motor used to drive it. Pump positioning must
incorporate easy access to Oil Drain Plug (22).
2. Use a motor (not included) with appropriate sized
pulley to achieve the target RPM (1300 max RPM).
