Maintenance
WARNING!
Before any maintenance, always take off the battery pack and wear protec-
tive gloves.
. Never use water to clean the unit.
. Always clean the hedge trimmer immediately after use. Brush the blade
using a stiff nylon brush to remove any debris.
. Always store the unit in a dry place.
. Inspect the hedge trimmer before each use.
. Have the unit professionally repaired if any damage occurs.
. The blade rail should be cleaned and treated with fine lubricating oil after
each use.
. Use the blade sheath for transportation and storage.
For easier operation and longer life, lubricate the cutting blades before and
after each use.
Before lubricating, make sure the battery is disconnected from the hedge
trimmer.
Apply the oil (any kind of lubrication oil) so that it runs between the two
blades.
After cleaning the unit thoroughly. Store the unit in a safe, dry room, allow-
ing the motor to cool down beforehand.
Store the unit out of the reach of children.
Use the original packaging to store the unit, whenever possible.
