Device maintenance
The following maintenance instructions are important
to ensure that your device continues to work as it was
designed. Failure to follow these instructions may cause
your device to stop delivering the required dose or to
stop functioning altogether.
Environment for storage and use
It is recommended to store and use the device in
a controlled environment with constant ambient
temperature of 5°C to 35°C; relative humidity of 15% to
93% non-condensing; atmospheric pressure of 700 –
1060 hPa.
Battery care
It is recommended to keep your battery capacity at
50% or higher (2 Indicator lights illuminated). Refer to the
Battery Life Indicator Section for details on how to read
the battery capacity on your device.
Cleaning
The treatment head and outer surfaces of the device
can be cleaned using a damp, soft, lint-free cloth and a
mild alcohol-free detergent following each treatment or
when required. Dry the surface using a clean dry cloth.
Your device is not waterproof. Do not submerge the
device in water. Do not put in dishwasher, as doing so will
result in permanent damage. Should the unit accidentally
become submerged, do not attempt to use it. Contact
