Troubleshooting
In the event that the clear device fails to perform as
intended, the following notes will help to identify potential
problems with the device and its setup.
If Do this
You see all 4
indicators lights
areashing.
Ensure you are in the ideal environment for
treatment (ie temperature, humidity). If not,
move to an appropriate environment (ie
indoors).
OR
Wait 5
-
10 minutes and attempt to re
-
active
the device after moving to an appropriate
environment (ie. indoors)
OR
Charge your device as the battery capacity
may be too low.
If Do this
During
treatment, you
hear 2 short
audible beeps.
This means the device has delivered five
2 minute cycles of treatment and must be
re
-
activated by pressing the on/off button to
continue use.
During
treatment, you
hear 3 short
beeps and see
all 4 indicators
lights are
flashing
Ensure you are in the ideal environment for
treatment (ie temperature, humidity). If not,
move to an appropriate environment (ie
indoors).
OR
Wait 5

10 minutes and attempt to re
-
active
the device after moving to an appropriate
environment (ie. indoors)
Indicator lights
are on, but
the treatment
head is not
illuminated.
Ensure the treatment surface is in full contact
with the skin. Otherwise, the smart shut off will
be activated and the device will turn off in 20
seconds.
