What to do if indicator lights are on but the treatment head is not illuminated on my Me Personal Care Products device?

If the indicator lights are on, but the treatment head isn't illuminated, make sure the entire treatment surface is touching your skin. The device has a smart shut-off feature that activates if it doesn't detect full skin contact, turning off the device after 20 seconds.
