purchase price for the defective product.

• Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as
instructed
• Connecting to incorrect current and voltage
• Any other conditions beyond our control
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Tanda Beauty
Canada Inc. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE
USE OR MISUSE OF THIS PRODUCT INCLUDING ANY
GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. ALL IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES
OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
ANY IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR
CONDITIONS OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE
LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF
ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, or limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and
