Application Instructions:
Open the clip of the belt strap, open the leg hooks
by detaching the metal clips from the plastic
attachment studs on the front, loosen all strap
ends, (for single support, remove the pad on the
non-hernia side and insert the included attachment
stud) lie on your back and massage the hernia to
reduce swelling, place the support over the affected
spot, slip the elastic waist belt behind the back and
fasten the closure clip, tighten this strap to fit, wrap
elastic leg straps around the legs from back to front
and fasten to the attachment studs, tighten the leg
straps to fit. The straps can be trimmed as needed to
remove excess material.

Hand wash only, hang to dry.
