System Troubleshooting
This section summarizes the most common problems you could encounter
with the Personal system. If you are unable to solve the problem with the
information below, contact BioFlex Service at 1-844-770-0177.
Issue Possible Cause Solution
Part or all of the
system becomes
damaged and
does not work.
System has been
dropped or damaged
somehow.
Check all power
connections. Make sure
all cables are secure and
properly connected.
Press the Power button
on the Controller Unit.
If it does not power on,
contact BioFlex Service.
System has
become wet.
Liquids from spills or
excessive humidity.
Immediately unplug all
system components
from the electrical outlet.
Contact BioFlex Service.
