What to do if MEDIX Econoneb air compressor will not operate?
    • J
      Jeffrey CooperAug 8, 2025
If your MEDIX Medical Equipment air compressor won't operate when switched on, there are several things you can check. First, ensure the mains lead is securely connected at both ends. If the unit has a 3-pin plug (UK), remove it and check the fuse (3.15AL 25mm long). Also, check the mains fuse in the control panel (T1AL 20mm long) and in the mains inlet socket after disconnecting the unit from the electricity supply. If none of these steps work, the machine may have an internal fault and should be returned to the point of purchase or an authorized person for examination.

If your MEDIX Medical Equipment nebulizer chamber bubbles or produces little to no mist, first check the inlet filter and replace it if necessary. If the issue continues, wash the nebulizer chamber. If the problem still occurs after washing, replace the nebulizer chamber.
