Usage Features

The MF1700-M1 PRO is designed for ease of use, with clear instructions for installation, operation, and maintenance.

Installation and Notice:

The laminator should be assembled and used in a clean room with normal room temperature and humidity levels. The workspace should be dry and ventilated, away from water sources, wet ground, combustible, and explosive goods to minimize static electricity. Electrical connectors must only be connected to sockets with the correct voltage, and all other operations should be performed by authorized staff. The laminator should be placed in a dry and ventilated area.

Delivery Inspection:

Upon delivery, ensure the package includes the MEFU laminator, manual, and accessories.

Before Use:

Regularly check the chains and gears, clean, and lubricate them.

Operation:

  1. Install the oil-water separator.
  2. Connect the tube (from air compressor) to the air inlet of the oil-water separator.
  3. Plug in the machine.
  4. Switch on the laminator.
  5. Place the roll of cold film and paper tube: Guide the film and paper tube through the upper rollers (film roll and release liner roll) and lower rollers (feeding roll and finish product roll). Measure them straight with the scale on the rollers.
  6. Fix the mandrel.
  7. Lift up the roller using the Air knob.
  8. Peel off the liner.
  9. Pass the film through the laminator.
  10. Pull out the film and stick it to the paper tube.
  11. Feed into the graphic.
  12. Put down the roll to keep the feeding graphic steady.
  13. Adjust the tension depending on your material.
  14. Lift down the roller.
  15. Install the cutters.
  16. Press "ON/Set" for 3 seconds to turn on and enter the LED display system. Use "Up" or "Down" to set the proper temperature for media.
  17. In Forward Mode, press "Run" to laminate and adjust the speed button accordingly.
  18. In Reverse Mode, press "Stop" (Foot-pedal switch) to laminate.
  19. Adjust the speed as needed.
  20. The finish.

Use 80% alcohol, detergent, or an eraser to clean the rollers after lamination to prolong their life. Ensure the roller temperature is below 40°C and stop heating. Avoid focusing on one point. Clean any residue promptly, as it can affect yields.

Every Day:

  • Ensure no hard objects are on the machine and the roller is not damaged.
  • Check the buttons on the machine.

Once a Week:
