9.4.2 Start wash cycle
Beware
Danger of injury when closing the machine door
When closing the machine door hand injuries can occur if they get caught.
• To close the machine door, use the handle intended for this purpose.
1. Clear the items to be washed (removing any large food residues, napkins, tooth
picks, lemon zest etc.).
2. Put the items to be washed into the basket.
3. Open machine door.
4. Insert the basket into the dishwashing machine.
5. Centre the basket correctly in the basket holder.
6. Close machine door.
7. Ensure that the correct programme has been selected, see page 36.
8. Press the wash key.
The machine washes automatically and switches the programme off after comple-
tion. The display indicates the programme's progress.
The cycle time may differ from the set programme running time, if the programme
running time is not sufficient to heat up the fresh water to the pre-set temperature. In
this case, the cycle time is automatically extended.
