What to do if Member's Mark 720-0830G only heats to 200-300 degrees?
    • J
      Jessica JosephAug 1, 2025
The regulator might have a safety feature that reduces gas flow if it detects a leak. This can activate even without an actual leak. To reset it, turn off all burners and close the LP tank valve. Disconnect the regulator from the LP tank, wait one minute, and then reconnect it. Slowly open the LP tank valve fully. Light all burners and check the temperature.

    • G
      ginahudsonAug 6, 2025
If your Member's Mark Grill won't light immediately, ensure you have a spark while lighting the burner. Check the wire connection to the electrode assembly. Clean the wire and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. Also, check if other burners are working; if so, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstructions.

      Tracy SosaAug 16, 2025
If the burner flames on your Member's Mark Grill are not light blue, burner adjustment may be required. The grill may also be in a windy location. Too much or not enough air for the flame. Elevation is the principal cause, however cold weather can affect the mixture.

      Heidi RomeroAug 21, 2025
If your regulator makes noise, ensure the vent hole on the regulator is not obstructed. Clear the hole, close the gas control valves, wait ten minutes, and restart. Check your flames for proper performance. If the flames are not correct, replace regulator. The vent hose on the regulator may be plugged or regulator may be faulty.

How to fit full size cover on Member's Mark Grill?
    • J
      John PorterAug 27, 2025
If the full-size cover doesn't fit your Member's Mark Grill, it might be a tight fit or the wrong size. Ensure the cover is the correct length by measuring it left to right and comparing it to the grill's measurement. Check the location and size of the hood portion of the cover against your grill. Spread the cover and let it relax, preferably in warm sunlight or a warm room. For grills with a side shelf, bunch the cover like a sock and put it on from left to right.
