1. For the users of Mepu 2000 major
Thank you for choosing the high-quality product made by Mepu Oy.
Over 25 years, Mepu products have proved to be practically efficient and reliable work
machines. Thorough knowledge of the device’s operating principles and technology is a
prerequisite for safe and economical use. Please read this manual carefully, as the complete
knowledge of the device, the right settings, different usage situations, thorough care and
maintenance guarantee both the user’s safety and the reliable operation of the device.
However, operating malfunctions, spare parts needs or other problems may still arise during the
device’s use, in which case assistance is needed.

2. WARRANTY AND TERMS OF WARRANTY
This product is intended for professional use. The assembly, use and maintenance of the
equipment require general knowledge and skills that can be presumed a professional farmer to
possess of machines and equipment.
 Warranty period is one (1) year in agricultural use. The warranty period becomes valid
from the date of the delivery.
 The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse of the product or other damages
caused by it.
 The guarantee covers manufacturing and raw material defects. The damaged parts will be
repaired or replaced to suitable components. However if it is proven that the damage is
not covered by warranty, the realized cost will charged.
 Warranty repairs will not extend the warranty period.
 The warranty does not cover spill damage, suffered losses, loss of profit, freights, travel
expenses, demurrage days, changing the original construction of the equipment or other
financial damage.
 The warranty necessitates that the instructions of the manufacturer and valid regulations
have been followed in the assembly, use and maintenance of the equipment.
 The warranty does not cover premature wear or damage of the equipment caused by
neglecting maintenance of the equipment.
Warranty affairs and possible other expenses must be agreed beforehand with Mepu Oy before
conducting any repair works.
