6. Press the neck of the shift remote control cable down into
the clamp on the housing of the remote control box. Connect
the terminal eye to the shift arm with the pin and E‑ring.
Insert a grommet, supplied with the remote control box, into
the clamp.

7. Connect the throttle remote control cable to the throttle arm
in a manner similar to the shift remote control cable.
