What to do if my METER Switch sensor is not reporting data?

If your METER Switch sensor isn't reporting data, first ensure your GATEWAY is powered on by checking for a solid red light and confirm internet connectivity via the flashing orange light. For the REPEATER and CLIMATE STATION, verify they're powered on with a solid red light. As for the SENSOR NOSE, press the function button and ensure the STATUS light flashes green, indicating it's active. If it flashes red, press the button until it flashes green. If issues continue, reset the sensor by holding the press pad button for over 5 seconds until the light indicates a reset.
