Why does my Michelin MPX25DTS pump not reach working pressure?
    • R
      Robin RussoAug 16, 2025
There are several reasons why your Michelin Pressure Washer pump might not be reaching working pressure. It could be due to a worn nozzle, which requires replacement. Alternatively, the water filter might be clogged and needs cleaning. Ensure the water supply is fully turned on and that there are no air leaks in the hose fittings. Trapped air in the pump can also cause this issue; turn off the appliance and repeatedly depress the gun trigger until the water flow is steady, then switch it back on. Check that the adjustable nozzle is correctly positioned on the (+) setting. Also, the thermostatic valve might have tripped, requiring you to wait for the correct water temperature to be restored. Finally, if you're using an open container, make sure the suction height is not more than 0.5 m.

What to do if the Michelin MPX25DTS pump pressure drops suddenly during use?
    • R
      Rebecca PatelAug 18, 2025
If the pump pressure of your Michelin Pressure Washer drops suddenly, it might be because the water is being drawn from an external tank; try connecting it to the mains water supply. The inlet water could be too hot, so reduce the temperature. Also, the nozzle or inlet filter might be clogged and require cleaning.

Why won't my Michelin Pressure Washer motor start, and just buzzes?
    • M
      Michael ClarkAug 22, 2025
If your Michelin Pressure Washer motor buzzes but doesn't start, the power supply voltage might be too low; check that it matches the voltage on the appliance's plate. Also, check the extension cable characteristics, as voltage drop can occur with its usage. If the appliance hasn't been used for a long time or there are problems with the TSS device, contact an Authorised Service Centre.

What to do if my Michelin MPX25DTS Pressure Washer motor fails to start?
    • S
      Susan DavisAug 25, 2025
If your Michelin Pressure Washer motor fails to start, first check that the plug is firmly in the socket and that there is electrical power. If that's not the issue, it could be due to problems with the TSS device, in which case you should contact an Authorised Service Centre. If the appliance hasn't been used for a long time, try unjamming the motor using the tool through the hole at the rear of the appliance (if your model has this feature).

    jrichardsonAug 28, 2025
Why is my Michelin MPX25DTS leaking water?
    • R
      Richard MurphyAug 28, 2025
If your Michelin Pressure Washer is leaking water, it could be due to worn seals or a tripped safety valve. In either case, contact an Authorised Service Centre to have the seals replaced or the valve checked.

Why is my Michelin Pressure Washer so noisy?
    • J
      julienicholsAug 30, 2025
If your Michelin Pressure Washer is making excessive noise, it may be because the water is too hot. Try reducing the water temperature as specified in the technical data.

Why is my Michelin MPX25DTS Pressure Washer leaking oil?
    • S
      sburnsSep 3, 2025
If your Michelin Pressure Washer is leaking oil, it's likely due to worn seals. Contact an Authorised Service Centre to have them replaced.

Why is there no water coming out of my Michelin MPX25DTS when I depress the gun trigger?
    • C
      Chelsey JarvisSep 5, 2025
If no water is delivered when you depress the gun trigger on your Michelin Pressure Washer (TSS versions only), the nozzle might be clogged. Try cleaning the nozzle.
  • H
    hsparksSep 9, 2025
Why is no detergent being sucked into my Michelin MPX25DTS Pressure Washer?
    • H
      Heather MckeeSep 9, 2025
If your Michelin Pressure Washer is not sucking in detergent, make sure the adjustable nozzle is not on the high-pressure setting; set it to the " " setting. The detergent might also be too dense, so try diluting it with water. If you're using a high-pressure hose extension, fit the original hose. Also, check for deposits or restrictions in the detergent circuit; flush it with clean water and remove any obstructions. If the problem persists, contact an Authorised Service Centre.
  • R
    Reginald GonzalezSep 12, 2025
Why is water escaping from the thermostat valve on my Michelin Pressure Washer?
    • P
      Patrick MckenzieSep 12, 2025
If water is escaping from the thermostat valve on your Michelin Pressure Washer, it means the water temperature inside the pump head has exceeded the maximum rated value. To prevent this, do not stop the water jet for more than 5 minutes at a time while the appliance is in operation.
