If you're experiencing picture but no sound, ensure the audio and video connectors are connected to the same input group on your TV. If setting up HDTV for the first time, check that your TV supports the HDTV settings in the Xbox Dashboard. Also, verify that the TV is set to display the input group where the HD AV video connectors are plugged in. If using digital audio, confirm your audio receiver is on and the audio output is correctly configured in the Xbox Dashboard. Finally, ensure your TV supports the HDTV settings in the Xbox Dashboard.
