Appendix B: Converting TIFF files to JPEG files
Once a file has been saved as a TIFF (lossless) format. It is possible to save a derivative copy of the
file as a JPEG (which is a lossy format).
Open the TIFF file in Photoshop.
Select “File” then “Save As”
Choose whatever location is appropriate to save the file to.
Select Format: JPEG (.jpg)
Select “save”
