9.4.1.1 Indoor EEPROM malfunction diagnosis and solution.

PCB main chip does not receive feedback from EEPROM chip
● Installation mistake
● PCB faulty
Trouble shooting:
Supposed causes
If the EEPROM chip
is welded on PCB,
replace the PCB
directly. Otherwise,
check whether the
EEPROM chip
plugged in PCB well?

Yes
Insert the EEPROM well
Replace the indoor PCB.
Shut off the power supply and
turn it on 1 minute later. Is it
still displaying the error code?
EEPROM: a read-only memory whose contents can be erased and reprogrammed using a pulsed voltage. For the
location of EEPROM chip, please refer to the below photos.
