Water inlet valve damaged. caught under the lid preventing it from closing
completely.
Check inlet hose connections. Make sure the
hot water supply is connected to the hot inlet
valve, and the cold water supply is connected to
the cold inlet valve.
This is a high efficiency washer. The water will
not normally cover the clothes.
The fill level is optimized for the wash motion to
achieve the best wash performance.
Call to the service center for service.

Is the faucet opened?
Is the water pressure too low?
Water pressure should be in range from 14psi to 70psi (100
to 500 KPa).
Is the inlet valve filter blocked? Disconnect the water inlet hose from the
unit. Check and clean the blue and red
filter if blocked by pulling them out.
Check the wire connection of
inlet valves including the
connection to PCBs.
Check the valves. Replace the
valve or harness if failure.
The resistance of valve coil
should be in range from 1 to 2KΩ.
Replace the PCBs.
