Usage Features

- Switches: Heating and cooling functions are controlled by switches located on the back of the unit. These must be activated for the respective functions to work.
- Bottle Supporter: A dedicated supporter on top of the machine securely holds the water bottle.
- Water Collector: A removable water collector assembly is located at the base of the taps to catch drips and spills.

Maintenance Features
Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and safe operation of the water dispenser:
- Power Disconnection: Always cut off the power supply before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
- General Cleaning:
- Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position and the dispenser is unplugged.
- Insert an empty bottle into the supporter.
- Open the taps to let out about 3 liters of water.
- Remove the water bottle.
- Place a large bucket beneath the drain outlet, remove the drain cover, and allow water to drain.
- Replace the drain cover after draining.
- Sanitizing: The machine should be disinfected with a suitable disinfectant every three months, followed by cleaning with water.
- Mineral Deposit Removal:
- Mix 4 liters of water with 200g citric acid crystals.
- Inject the solution into the machine, ensuring it can flow out of the hot water tap.
- Switch on the power and heat for about 10 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, drain off the liquid and clean with water two or three times.
- This procedure should be done every six months.
- Professional Service: For cleaning tubes or removing scale, professional institutions and operations are recommended. Users are warned not to disassemble the machine themselves to avoid danger or damage.
- Cord Replacement: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid hazards.
