Do not modify or lengthen Speed Sensor or Encoder cables; contact for extensions.
Always disconnect battery before jump starting, welding, or charging.
Ensure console is calibrated and select the correct application program (Liquid or Dry).
Select application type: Standard (single conveyor) or SPL it (dual/split conveyor).
Enter radar constant for calibration; varies by radar type (Mid-Tech/DickeyJohn).
Set swath width in inches; e.g., 60 ft swath = 720 inches.
Set spreader constant matching gate height and conveyor type.
Enter product density in lbs/cu ft for accurate application rate.
Adjust rate in 10% increments for deviation from desired rate.
Enter total product weight in pounds for hopper capacity.
Displays cumulative total of jobs spread since last console clear.
Set threshold for audible/visible alarm notification (usually 1 acre).
Set Ground Speed Override (GSO) to zero for dry applications.
Display will show 'Err'; part of function cycling.
Set test speed (7-10 mph common) for testing or stationary unloading.
