Safety regulations prohibit the fitting
of this cooker hood over a solid fuel
stove.
The minimum safe distance be-
tween the top of the hob and the
bottom of the cooker hood should
be at least:
– 55 cm above electric hobs,
– 65 cm above gas hobs.
(Australia: 60 cm for electric and
gas hobs)
A distance of 65 cm above electric
hobs may be preferable to give more
working space.
Installation
Mark a line on the ceiling centrally
above the hob.
First make a hole (ø 190 mm) in the
ceiling for the exhaust duct at the
desired position.
The pipe flange has a diameter of
150 mm.
