Vapour plate and grease filter
The vapour plate and the re-useable
metal grease filter remove solid parti
-
cles from the kitchen vapours (grease,
dust, etc) preventing soiling of the
cooker hood.
The vapour plate and grease filter
should be cleaned regularly (at least
every 3-4 weeks) to avoid a built-up of
fat.
They should be cleaned immediately if
the grease filter touch control lamp co-
mes on.
An over saturated filter is a fire haz-
ard.
To remove the vapour plate
^ Pull the vapour plate down towards
you at the top, push the bottom
slightly to the right and pull forwards
to remove (see illustration).
To remove the grease filter
^
Pull the grease filter by the hand hold
forwards and out.
