On/Off sensor
The On/Off sensor is recessed and
reacts to touch.
Use this sensor to switch the steam
oven on and off.
Proximity sensor
The proximity sensor is located under
the touch display next to the sensor.
The proximity sensor detects when you
approach the touch display, e.g. with
your hand or body.
If you have activated the corresponding
settings, you can switch on the oven
interior lighting, switch on the steam
oven or dismiss the buzzers (see
“Settings – Proximity sensor”).
