the touch control sensors are over
sensitive or do not react at all?
The sensitivity level of the sensor has
been changed.

Make sure that there is no direct light
(from the sun or from an artificial
source) hitting the cooktop and that
the surrounding area is not too dark.

Interrupt the power supply to the
cooktop for 1 minute by "tripping" the
circuit breaker, or withdrawing the
fuse.
Reconnect the electricity supply. The
electronic unit will have reset the
sensitivity level of the touch control
sensors.
