7. PC module radiator
Use a screwdriver to remove the four M2.5X8 cross recessed panhead screws and lift the PC
module radiator upwards vertically.
8. FPGA module radiator
Use a screwdriver to remove the four M2.5X4 plus flat-head screws. The FPGA contact surface is
coated with thermally conductive silicon and therefore is adhesive. Insert a flathead screwdriver
into the gap on the contact surface and take off the FPGA module radiator slowly.
