FOCUS HOLD
If you want to take a picture with the main subject
outside of the focus frame, use focus hold to ensure
accurate focusing. Focus hold should also used in the
special situations described on the previous page.
1.Center your subject in the focus frame.
SPECIAL FOCUSING SITUATIONS
When two subjects
overlap in the focus
frame.
The green focus-lamp will glow and the
closer of the two subjects will be in focus.
When a subject
composed of
alternating light and
dark lines fills the
center of the
viewfinder.
The green focus-lamp will blink rapidly
and the shutter will lock.
