Troubleshooting
Your hearing aids have not been
paired with the transmitter, but other
hearing aids are paired. Pair your hearing aids.
Refer to the section “Pairing hearing aids”.
- No audio signal is available. For example,
pause or mute is pressed on the electronic
device.
- TOSLINK cable is defective. Check the cable
for damages and replace it if necessary.
RCA cable is connected
Troubleshooting
The output signal of the electronic device is
not loud enough. Increase the volume on the
electronic device.

Your hearing aids are out of operating distance.
Move closer to the transmitter.
