Packing
Procedure
The system is packed as follows.
(Parts of the following description may change without prior notice.)
Make sure not to
jolt the system
during the packing
process.
1. Fix the
moving
part (X-
frame) of
the system
with a
bracket.
2. Lower the
Small
Frame
(connectio
n
conveyer)
of the
conveyer
unit by
loosening
the bolt.
Fix the bolt
with the
Small Frame lowered.
3. Attach moisture absorbing silica gel bags around the system but
do not let them directly touch the system.
4. Wrap fragile parts such as the monitor and projecting parts
(mouse, both sides of the system, Small Frame of conveyer) with
an air cap (shock absorber).
5. Pack the entire system with a foam sheet to protect the system.
6. Wrap the whole system with transparent wrap. The wrap fixes the
foam sheet and prevents dust or moisture.
7. Pack the whole system in vacuum packing and vacuumize the
inside.
8. Lift the system with a forklift and loosen the 4 feet of the system.
Pack the four feet separately. If the system has two auxiliary feet,
loosen and pack them separately.
9. As shown in the figure, lift and move the system onto a pallet with
a forklift and place it on the rubber buffer.
