FAULT CHECKING
Compressor does not start
No current Check the voltage
The thermostat is in off position, or set to low Adjust the position of the thermostat
The thermostat is defective Replace the thermostat
The starting relay is faulty Replace
The starter capacitor is defective Replace
The compressor is defective Contact a refrigeration technician
The compressor works continuously, but the water is not
cold
The ice bank is empty Check, fill
There is no ice in the ice bank Waiting for ice forming
There is a gas leak from refrigerant circuit Contact a refrigeration technician
The compressor is defective Contact a refrigeration technician
The water is cold but the appliance is working excessively
There is not enough ventilation Move device away from wall
Pipes touch the body and cause vibrations Adjust the position of the pipes
The pressure of water is too low and pump makes noise Increase the water pressure
Cold water comes out gently
The water filter is blocked Check, replace
The solenoid valve is defective Check, replace
The water inlet pressure is too low Check, adjust pressure reducer
The water coil is blocked with ice Check the agitator, the thermostat
Sparkling version
Sparkling water is low carbonated The CO2 pressure is set to less than 3.5 bar > check and adjust
Sparkling water is low carbonated (2) The bottle of CO2 is empty > check and adjust
The temperature of the outlet water is not enough cold Set the thermostat to maximum (clockwise)
There is air in the carbonator Purge the carbonator
Only gas is dispensed through the outlet of sparkling water
Level sensors are dirty Control, disassemble and clean
The pump is running continuously there is water in the inlet Check Level Controller
The safety of the pump has been activated (no water) Disconnect and reconnect the watercooler
The cold water comes out carbonated The carbonator check valve is dirty
> disassemble and clean OR replace
