If using a DHCP server the IP address and Ethernet parameters can be set
automatically.
To change the Dynamic IP Address:
• Press the left or right arrow key to select the IP Address field on the display.
• Use the ↑↓ arrow keys to choose between Dynamic IP Address and Static IP
Address. Press “ENTER”.
• The RESET screen shown above will appear. Choose “YES” and the NSU will reset
with a dynamically assigned IP address.
To change the Ethernet Subnet Mask:
• Press the left or right arrow key to select the Ethernet Subnet Mask field on the
display.
• Use the numeric entry keys to enter each octet of the Subnet Mask and the decimal
point to advance to the next octet. If no changes are required for a particular octet
simply press the decimal point to advance to the next octet.
• Press “ENTER” to save the Subnet Mask.
To change the Ethernet Gateway:
Press the left or right arrow key to select the Ethernet Gateway field on the display.
• Use the numeric entry keys to enter each octet of the Ethernet Gateway and the
decimal point to advance to the next octet. If no changes are required for a particular
octet simply press the decimal point to advance to the next octet.
• Press “ENTER” to save the Ethernet Gateway.
↑ ETHERNET GATEWAY: 192.168.001.000
↓ ETHERNET PASSWORD: 11111
↑ DYNAMIC IP ADDRESS: 192.168.001.001
↓ ETHERNET SUBNET MASK: 255.255.255.000
