To resolve this, update the AE-50/EW-50 to Ver.7.23 or later. The equipment recovers from the error and then data collection resumes after a maximum of 30 minutes elapse. For how to update the software, refer to "VIII [1] AE-200/AE-50/EW-50 update procedure."

  If the charge calculation results are not displayed or printed from the Charge Calculation Tool of your Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner, it could be due to the printer being offline or the cable not being connected. Remove the cause of this problem, and print the calculation results from the Charge Calculation Tool again. Another possibility is that the printer connection settings have not been made. Also, check if the LAN between the AE-200 and the PC is properly connected and if the IP address setting of the AE-200 is correct. Ensure that the ID or password for the AE-200 is correct.

To fix this, perform an apportioned data restore for the new AE-200/AE-50/EW-50. Note that the equipment recovers from the error and then data collection resumes after a maximum of 30 minutes elapse.   If data is not printed out automatically or the CSV file is not output automatically from your Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner, it might be because the PC is switched off or the printer is offline, or the cable is not connected. As a temporary procedure, carry out a specified date calculation and remove the cause of this problem for the next automatic output. The printer connection settings may also not have been made. Another reason could be a communication error with AE-200 is occurring. It is also possible that “Automatic output” settings have not been made on the Charge Calculation Tool.

To resolve this, first, check the LAN connection. If that's not the issue, reduce the number of users accessing the Integrated Centralized Control Web to 50 or less. If the problem persists, wait for approximately 5 minutes to allow the startup process to complete before attempting to access the web interface again.
