How to fix a version combination error on a Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner?
    • T
      Tracy CarneyJul 25, 2025
A version combination error on your Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner occurs because the apportioned electricity billing function of the AE-200 has been enabled, but the AE-50/EW-50 is a version that is not supported (version earlier than 7.23) by the apportioned electricity billing function. To resolve this, update the AE-50/EW-50 to Ver.7.23 or later. The equipment recovers from the error and then data collection resumes after a maximum of 30 minutes elapse. For how to update the software, refer to "VIII [1] AE-200/AE-50/EW-50 update procedure."

What to do if the Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner shows a “Charge” license not registered?
    • M
      Matthew JacksonJul 30, 2025
If the Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner displays a 'Charge' license not registered error, it means that with the apportioned electricity billing function of the AE-200, the “Charge” license needs to be registered to all the AE-50/EW-50 under the control of the AE-200, but there is equipment to which it is not registered. To resolve this, register the “Charge” license to all the AE-50/EW-50 under the control of the AE-200.

Why does my Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner display a system configuration change warning?
    • J
      Jon HoltAug 3, 2025
The Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner shows a system configuration change warning because the AE-200 and AE-50/EW-50 back up each other’s data with the apportioned electricity billing function of the AE-200, but the backup data no longer matches after the AE-200/AE-50/EW-50 was replaced. To fix this, perform an apportioned data restore for the new AE-200/AE-50/EW-50. Note that the equipment recovers from the error and then data collection resumes after a maximum of 30 minutes elapse. For how to restore apportioned data, refer to AE-200 Instruction Book (Apportioned Electricity Billing Function).

What to do if 'Failed to connect to AE controllers' appears on Mitsubishi Electric Control Systems?
    • J
      Jeffery RiosAug 7, 2025
If the message 'Failed to connect to AE controllers' appears when accessing the Mitsubishi Electric Control Systems Integrated Centralized Control Web and no login window appears, it could be due to a few reasons: there might be a communication error with the login destination centralized controller, more than 50 users might be accessing the web interface, or the login destination centralized controller is still starting up. To resolve this, first, check the LAN connection. If that's not the issue, reduce the number of users accessing the Integrated Centralized Control Web to 50 or less. If the problem persists, wait for approximately 5 minutes to allow the startup process to complete before attempting to access the web interface again.

Why are air conditioning units not displayed on Mitsubishi Electric AE-200E Control Systems?
    • J
      Jacob MorrisAug 11, 2025
If the air conditioning units that can be monitored and operated are not displayed in your Mitsubishi Electric Control Systems, it could be due to a communication error with the AE-200/AE-50/EW-50 or incorrect integrated centralized control settings. First, check that the LAN connection is correctly connected. Then, use the Initial Setting Tool to monitor the settings and ensure that the centralized controllers are correctly set for control.

    • A
      alice76Aug 16, 2025
If the layout in Integrated Centralized Control Web is broken or the buttons do not work on your Mitsubishi Electric Control Systems, it might be because the software version of AE-200/AE-50/EW-50 was updated, or the settings were changed using the Initial Setting Tool. To fix this, delete the history of the browser you are using.

What to do if login screen does not open for Mitsubishi Electric Control Systems?
    • J
      Jennifer ZamoraAug 20, 2025
If the login screen does not open for your Mitsubishi Electric Control Systems, it might be because the URL entered in the browser is incorrect. Check that the IP address of the AE-200/EW-50, which is the login destination for Integrated Centralized Control Web, is correct. Also, verify the setting using the Initial Setting Tool.
