  If, after turning on your Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner, “PLEASE WAIT” is displayed for 3 minutes followed by an error code, it could be due to an incorrect connection of the outdoor terminal block (L1, L2, L3 and S1, S2, S3) or the outdoor unit’s protection device connector being open. To resolve this, correct the connections.

  If no display appears when you turn on the controller operation switch of your Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner (and the operation lamp doesn't light up), the cause might be incorrect wiring between the indoor and outdoor unit (wrong polarity for S1, S2, S3), a short in the remote controller transmission wire, the absence of an outdoor unit with address 0 (address is other than 0), or an open remote controller transmission wire. To fix this, check the wiring and connections.
