Initial Settings
Press and hold “TEMP and “CLEAR”
buttons together
Group and to select the group number
Time and to select the unit address
Press small “ON/OFF” (small button middle of key pad)
to store the unit in the group
Repeat above step until all groups set
“PROHIBIT” button shows units in a group
“CLEAR” twice deletes unit from group
Setting the Clock
Press “CLOCK and together until clock flashes
Press “CLOCK or to set time
Press “DAY to set day
Press small “ON/OFF” to store
Setting the Time Pattern
Press “MONITOR/SET” twice to get
program monitor screen
Press “PATTERN” to set pattern number ie. 1 16
Press “OPERATION” to set operation number ie. 1 8
Press “CLOCK or to set time
Press small “ON/OFF” to set command “ON” or “OFF”
Press “MODE” to set mode
Press “TEMP or to set “ON” temperature
When all patterns are set press “MONITOR/SET”
this will move to daily pattern screen
Setting the Daily Operating Patterns
Press “GROUP or to select group number
Press “DAY to select day
Press “DAY PATTERN” to select daily pattern number
When all daily patterns are set in each group
press “MONITOR/SET” to exit
External Inputs
Level signal ON/OFF. SW3 Bit 2 and 4 On.
Wires Green(1) and Brown(5)
Emergency Shut Down. SW3 Bit 3 On. Wiring as before
External Outputs
Run Status. Wires Yellow (+) and Orange (-).
12VDC externally supplied
Fault Status. Wires red (+) and Brown (-).
12VDC externally supplied

Summary

Initial Settings

Adding and Storing Units

Press and hold TEMP/CLEAR, select group/unit, store with ON/OFF. Repeat for all groups.

Group Management

View units in a group using PROHIBIT; delete units by pressing CLEAR twice.

Setting the Clock

Clock and Time Adjustment

Press CLOCK and together for flashing display, use CLOCK ▲/▼ for time, DAY ► for day.

Time Pattern Configuration

Entering Program Monitor

Access the program monitor screen by pressing MONITOR/SET twice.

Setting Pattern Parameters

Set pattern number, operation number, time, ON/OFF command, mode, and ON temperature.

Saving Time Patterns

Press MONITOR/SET after setting all patterns to move to the daily pattern screen.

Daily Operating Patterns

Selecting Group and Day

Use GROUP ▲/▼ to select the group number and DAY to select the specific day.

Setting Daily Patterns

Choose the daily pattern number for the selected day and group.

Exiting Pattern Setup

Press MONITOR/SET once all daily patterns for the group are set to exit.

External Inputs

Level Signal and Emergency Shut Down

Configure ON/OFF level signals and emergency shut down using SW3 bits and specific wiring.

External Outputs

Run and Fault Status Outputs

Monitor run status via yellow/orange wires and fault status via red/brown wires (12VDC supplied).
