Why only LED 1 is lit and LED 1, 2 blink on Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner?
    • R
      Rebecca MoranAug 12, 2025
If only LED 1 is lit and LED 1 and 2 blink after about 3 minutes of power-on, check the connections and phase wiring for the outdoor unit's power terminal block. This issue may be due to the connector for the outdoor unit’s protection device not being connected, or reverse/open phase wiring for the outdoor unit’s power terminal block (L1, L2, GR).

What to do if the trouble with Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner is not reoccurring and is logged?
    • C
      Carl HobbsAug 21, 2025
Consider the possibility of temporary defects such as the activation of protection devices in the refrigerant circuit (including the compressor), poor wiring connections, or noise issues. Re-check the reported symptom, and inspect the installation environment, refrigerant amount, and weather conditions at the time the trouble occurred, as well as any wiring-related factors. After completing the service, reset the check code logs and restart the unit.
