Procedure

switching
the
mode
from

Mode switching is executed via the interface of dedicated protocol (formats

to
4)
using the
CW
command.
Before and after switching the mode, provide an interlock between sequence
program operations and the mode switching operation (see Section
3.4.1
(1)3).
The mode switching procedure is shown below.

lock between the external device and the
