Correct the position data in the parameter to
within the setting range of the stepping motor
mode specified in sections 5.2.1 to 5.2.6.
Change the positioning address/movement
amount to within the setting range for the
stepping motor specified in section 5.3.
Refer to sections 5.2.1 to 5.2.6
and 5.3.

Correct the speed data of the parameter to
within the setting range for the stepping motor
mode specified in sections 5.2.1 to 5.2.6.
Correct the command speed of the positioning

Remove the cause of stopping and perform axis
error resetting (refer to [3] in section 14.1) to
remove the error.
Examine the sequence program in which the
"PLC READY" signal (Y1D) is turned ON or
OFF.
Perform axis error resetting (refer to [3] in
section 14.1) to remove the error.
Check the state of the power supply of the drive
unit and the wiring to the drive unit and the
connection state of the connectors, and perform
axis error resetting (refer to [3] in section 14.1)
to remove the error.
