Inspection and service before each operation
• Cleaning method of the air cleaner
1. Open the air cleaner cover.
(*Screw may be used depending on the specications.)
2. Remove the element and check for deterioration.
Replace it if necessary.
3. Wash the element with kerosene, put it in the engine
oil and squeeze it by one hand.
4. Replace it in the case, and assemble the air cleaner
cover.
Inspection and service at every 50 hours
Cleaning and servicing methods of the spark
plug
1. Remove the Ignition plug cap.
2. Remove the Ignition plug using the plug wrench.
3. After cleaning the carbon accumulated on the
electrodes and the insulator, adjust the electrode
clearance at 0.6 to 0.7 mm.
4. Assemble the Ignition plug rst and then the Ignition
plug cap.
