Function Description

The StreamBuds Micro earbuds are designed for seamless integration with Bluetooth-enabled audio devices such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks, laptops, and computers. They offer a range of functions for controlling audio playback, managing calls, and interacting with voice assistants.

Usage Features

First Time Pairing:

To begin using the earbuds, remove both the left and right earbuds from their portable charging case. They will automatically attempt to dual pair with each other. You will hear an audible 'Power on' prompt, followed by 'Pairing'. One of the earbud LED lights will flash blue to indicate that the earbuds are in pairing mode.

Next, navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device and select 'MIXX StreamBuds Micro' from the list of available devices. Once successfully paired, you will hear 'Connected', and the earbud LED light will turn off. At this point, you can start enjoying your music, watching videos, or making hands-free calls.

Automatic Reconnection:

After the initial pairing, the earbuds are designed to seamlessly reconnect to the last used Bluetooth audio device they were paired with. Upon successful reconnection, you will hear the 'Connected' prompt.

Power On/Off:

To power on the earbuds, simply remove them from the portable charging case. They will automatically dual pair and confirm with 'Connected'. To power off the earbuds, place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.

Audio Playback Control:

Play/Pause: Double tap either the left (1) or right (3) touch sensor on the earbuds to play or pause your audio.
Lower Volume: Single tap the left touch sensor (1) to decrease the volume.
Increase Volume: Single tap the right touch sensor (3) to increase the volume.
Previous Track: Tap and hold the left touch sensor (1) to go back to the previous track.
Skip Track: Tap and hold the right touch sensor (3) to skip to the next track.

Call Management:

Answer/End Call: Double tap either the left (1) or right (3) touch sensor to answer an incoming call or end an ongoing call.
Decline an Incoming Call: Tap and hold either the left (1) or right (3) touch sensor to decline an incoming call.

Voice Assistant Activation:

Activate Siri or Google Assistant: Triple tap either the left (1) or right (3) touch sensor to activate your smartphone's voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant). You will hear a familiar 'Beep' sound to confirm the connection, after which you can ask a question or state a command.

Maintenance Features

Charging the Earbuds:

The StreamBuds Micro earbuds are charged using their portable charging case (5). When the earbuds are placed in the case, each earbud LED light (2) will glow red, indicating that they are charging. Once fully charged, the LED lights on the earbuds will turn off. To secure the earbuds and ensure continuous charging, close the lid of the charging case.

Charging the Portable Charging Case:

To check the battery status of the portable charging case (5), ensure that at least one earbud is inside the case. If the case's LED charge light (6) flashes blue or does not light up, it indicates that the case needs to be recharged.

To recharge the case, connect it to a suitable USB wall charger, a computer USB port, or a power bank using the provided USB Type C charging cable (8). While charging, the LED charge light (6) on the case will flash blue. Once fully charged, the LED light will remain a solid blue. A full charge for the case typically takes 1 to 2 hours.

Ear Cushion Selection:

For optimal noise isolation, comfort, and sound quality, it is recommended to ensure that the correct sized ear cushions (small, medium, or large) are fitted on the earbuds. The product includes three different sizes to help you find the best fit.

Troubleshooting (Common Solutions):

If you encounter problems with your earbuds, consider the following:

Power: Ensure the earbuds are powered on (by removing them from the case).
Charge Status: Check the status of the LED lights on both the earbuds and the charging case to confirm they are charged.
Charging: If needed, charge the earbuds and the charging case.
Proximity and Interference: Move your audio device closer to the earbuds and away from any obstructions or sources of interference.
Device Connection: Try connecting the earbuds to a different audio device to rule out device-specific issues.

Troubleshooting (Pairing Issues):

If you see two 'MIXX StreamBuds Micro' listings in your Bluetooth menu during pairing:

Wait for 4 seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other first before attempting to pair with your device.
If the connection still fails, go to your Bluetooth settings, 'forget' or 'unpair' both earbud listings, then place both earbuds back into the portable charging case (5) and start the pairing process again.

Safety Information:

Always use the manufacturer's original accessories for connecting the product.
Keep the product out of reach of children and animals.
Avoid listening to loud music for extended periods. Adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
Do not use the earbuds while operating machinery, including cars, or in areas where hearing is required for safety.
Do not drop, short circuit, disassemble, or continue to use the product or its portable charging case if damaged.
Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Servicing may be required if the product is damaged, not operating normally, or has been dropped.
The operating temperature range for this product is 5° - 40° Celsius.
The earbuds, charging case, and USB Type C cable connector are not water resistant. Avoid exposure to rain, moisture, splashing, or liquid spills, as this may cause excessive heat, fire damage, or personal injury.
The product contains a Lithium battery. Incorrect disposal may result in an explosion.
Do not crush, puncture, or incinerate the charging case or earbuds. Only use certified or device manufacturer's charging cables.
