TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom: The unit is not operating.
Inspection:
1. Check the power connection in securely.
2. Check if the water level indicator lights up?
3. Check the room temperature.
Solution:
1. Insert the power cord securely into the wall outlet.
2. Empty the drain pan by remove the rubber plug.
3. The range of operating temperature is 5-35ºC.

Symptom: The unit works with reduced capacity.
Inspection:
1. Check the air lter for dirt.
2. Check if the air duct is blocked.
3. Check if the room door or window is open.
4. Check if the desired operating mode is selected and the temperature
is properly set.
5. The exhaust hose is detached.
Solution:
1. Clean the air lter as necessary.
2. To clear the obstacle.
3. Keep the door and windows closed.
4. Set the mode and temperature at proper set-point according the
manual.
5. Make sure the exhaust hose is securely attached.

Symptom: Water Leakage
Inspection:
1. Overow while moving the unit.
2. Check if the drain hose is kinked or bends.
Solution:
1. Empty the water tank before transport.
2. Straighten the hose to avoid a trap existing.
